Dr. Sheila Noroozi, FACFAS

Dr. Noroozi is from Terre Haute, Indiana. She attended Indiana University where she received a BS in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She then received a Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Miami, FL. She completed her Doctorate at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. She then completed an intensive surgical residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, IL.


Dr. Noroozi moved to Ocala, FL in 2004 and was able to start her own practice. She enjoys everything from wound care and diabetic patients to complex surgical cases. She has many loyal patients who have been with her since her start here in Ocala. Her affiliations include President of North Central Florida Podiatric Medical Association, member of Medical Business Leaders Network and she is board certified in Foot and Ankle surgery by the ABPS.


Dr. Noroozi is married to an Ocala native, Scott Morningstar, who is a Registered Nurse currently working in the ICU at North Florida Regional, and enrolled in nurse practitioner school through Nova Southeastern. They have been happily married since January of 2008 and were blessed with a baby boy, Carter, in 2014 and a baby girl Chloe, in 2016.


Dr. Noroozi is now settled here in Ocala, actively involved in the community, and looks forward to serving your foot care needs.

Dr. Shabana Ali, DPM, AACFAS

Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery

Dr. Ali was born in New York City, NY and raised in Orlando, FL. She attended the University of Central Florida for her undergraduate studies where she double-majored in Biomedical Sciences and Health Sciences. She then completed her Doctorates at Barry University in Miami, FL and went on to complete a three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency at Memorial Hospital System in Hollywood, FL. Her training focused on all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery ranging from diabetic foot care and limb salvage to reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. During her residency training, she also completed additional surgical training courses in arthroscopy, external fixation, and total ankle replacement. Dr. Ali is board certified through the American Board and Podiatric Medicine and board qualified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cruising, trying new restaurants, and going to theme parks.

Dr. Bernadette Giangreco, DPM.

Dr: Bernadette Giangreco is a skilled and compassionate podiatrist with a deep commitment to patient care. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, laying a strong foundation for her medical career. Driven by her passion for helping others, she pursued her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) at the prestigious Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, also in Philadelphia.

With extensive training and experience, Dr. Giangreco specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. Her approach combines state-of-the­ art medical knowledge with a personalized, patient-centered focus. She is dedicated to improving the mobility and overall well-being of her patients, whether treating sports injuries, managing chronic conditions like diabetes, or addressing common issues like bunions and plantar fasciitis.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Giangreco is actively involved in community health initiatives and is committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending conferences and workshops to stay at the forefront of pediatric medicine. When not in the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with daughter.
